14 day money back guarantee

If you decide within 14 days of your first payment that coaching isn't right for you, you'll get a full refund of that first payment. You don't need to give a reason.

To request a refund, message me in the coaching app or reply to your payment confirmation email within 14 days of your first payment.

Payments and cancelling

Coaching is billed at £75 every two weeks. There's no contract and no minimum term.

• You can cancel at any time by messaging me in the coaching app or replying to any payment email.
• Once you cancel, you won't be charged again.
• Your coaching continues until the end of the two-week period you've already paid for.

After the first 14 days

Payments made after the guarantee period aren't refundable, including for part of a two-week period. You can still cancel at any time to stop future payments.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once processed, they usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
